Practice Math and Safe Writing Habits

hands

When you are solving problems on your math worksheets, it’s easy to forget your hand is wearing out. Overusing your hands can lead to inflammation and even further, repetitive use can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome.

Take regular breaks to stretch your hands so you do not disable yourself down the line. One exercise you can start with is balling your fist in and out. Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. After holding for about 30 seconds, release it and spread your fingers wide.

Whether you learn math online or complete questions on a test, always remember to take care of your hands. You can find other exercises here, and get free math practice here at iPracticeMath.
